Why does the game always crash? Is it the problem of win10? To be honest, this game is fun, but the compatibility of the game is bad!

I Don't have problems and it should work fine even on windows 10. Maybe it has something to do with your hardware? If you have a laptop usually games try and launch with the integrated intel graphics instead of the regular graphics card. If someone can't help you here you can always contact support and they might be able to help you.

I really hope that concertedape can solve this compatibility problem as soon as possible. After all, such a good game can't reduce people's love for it because of a bug.
