How do you sync your cloud saves? on GOG galaxy it just saves 'cloud-saves not synced'.

Mine worked automatically for quite a while, but now it's also "not synced". I've tried to download them manually (Stardew Valley page in GOG Galaxy -> More -> Backup and addons -> left click on "Backup in Cloud"), the download starts, but it fails (on two different ISP)
