The 1.3 patch wich is a bit of a gamechanger is out. Too bad that it apears to be on steam only. Wonder if it is the developers who play games here,

With this patch, adding spacestations and diferent mechanics when it comes to traveling, the game seems to aproach the original promises from when they first posted about it. Seems research is all needed to meet the nominel goals now. Though better execution of npc contact and exploring would also be needed to meet the original promisses from the developer.

So excited! How long does it usually take GoG to give us the Starbound patches?

Edit : I've checked : the 1.2 update fall on December 15th on Steam and December 21th on GoG !

Well it didnt took a lot of time the last update (1.2.2) it was like one day i think, so there is still hopes that we wont have to wait like 5 days for it...

Maybe. All I know is that I'll have to do that with the Linux update.

What do you mean, transfer? It's just installed in the same directory, with old files being replaced by new.

Linux version looks like isn't updated yet on gog, it still 1.2.2

Starbound and Starbound 32b, so it means the 1st is only 64b version?

Could be worse, mine has updated to 1.3, but now refuses to launch :P
