I tried to dowload from Galaxy and from internet broswer and both didn't work. It tells me the file is used by another process and stop updating.
Update throught Galaxy or with complete v1.03 exe is working fine.

Anyone else experienced this?

I've got the same issue, but it still said the update was successful. Now I can't install patch 1.04, seems it didn't update correctly.

It happened to me. I re downloaded the whole game, then downloaded and installed patch 1.04. That worked.

Well, I've redownloaded the full game in 1.04, so that's that.

Patch 1.04 don't work too, it says update successfull but it don't launch the game when you ask it after installation. Then I go on Galaxy and it says apdate available.
So update your game via Galaxy or with full v1.04.

You probably need to end the Starbound and GOG tasks (smartly and safely) or restart your computer. Restarting your computer would be the easier/safer option.
