I keep getting 'd3dx9_28.dll was not found'.
I tried reinstalling but get the same error. Any idea what I'm missing?
I have Windows XP Personal edition.

try to re-install latest version of directx9

I updated the directx drivers and the game works fine on my wife's steam powered laptop!
