Is it possible to attain the highest level (Emperor´s Reach) by playing only on medium difficulty?

got to the third circle with cheating enabled on all missions on medium. if you consider that your points get reduced
by 90% when cheating, you should reach the highest rank without cheating with no sweat.

but i dont know for sure, im just thinking logically here

The ammount of points required to be the emperor's reach is 2M points. In the 1994 version is a litlle hard to get it just on medium since it lacks the final campaign pack (3 campaigns , you just get Defender of the Empire plus vanilla game on 1994 version). In the 1998 is possible to attain it, but don't abuse the cheat option. If you play it on medium, out of 78 missions you can do byToDs, you shouldn't use cheat in more than 6 of them to get that rank. Also you should try to go for as many bonus objectives as possible,that would easeyour road to it and even "grant" you an extra cheat mission.

Start a new carrer, complete all the training missions and go for every secondary AND bonus you can get in any mission. You should be emperor's reach by the end of campaign 12 if you haven't over ussed and abussed cheat options.

Thanks for your reply! But do training missions count towards the 2M points requirement?
I don´t use cheats, now I´m playing on hard mode but will switch to medium if a specific mission is too difficult...
