Hello all,

I am playing the 1994 version of Tie Fighter. It has been since DOS that I played this, I ran a mission or 2 and was fumbling for some of the controls, so I alt tabbed and grabbed the manual, refreshed my memory on some of the keys.

Tabbed back in and everything was artifacting like crazy

So, I figured the alt-tabbing hosed something with the video settings, exited and retried, not I have artifacts everywhere and all plane SPACE backgrounds are YELLOW.

So I am at a loss here.

I have not messed with settings as it worked the first time.
I did try just before coming here changing it to DDraw, but that made the artifacts worse, the mouse stop working and my Joystick be the only control means in the concourse.

Someone give me a hand here?

Honestly, it shouldn't matter, if all other programs work, but wth I will try.

Fixed it.
Odd, if anything happens that causes this to minimize it artifacts like crazy until I reboot.

Only happens on old games.
