Did you try launching Shadows.exe (located inside the sdata folder) directly?

With a multi-monitor setup, first thing I'd suggest is disable or unplug the secondary monitor and try playing the game with just the single primary monitor. Then we'll know if it is the multi-monitor setup causing the issue.

yes, i did.

Can any1 send me their profile where they saved resolution?
I think that will fix it.
