Is the debug menu still accessible in the PC port? I remember how hard it was to get there with the N64 controller, but I wonder now how that works with a PC controller layout, or if it's still integrated in the game.

I think on the PC you just have to use "R Testers ROCK" as pilot name.

Shame it doesn't cover debug mode, that's really what I'm after, levels and health aren't the issue lol. I kind of liked messing with the game back in the day.
