I have tried all the fixes on this forum (even the crack from gamecopyworld.com). I have also tried compatibility mode. I cannot make this run on W10 with an Nvidia Card.

The game starts but as soon as I click on "New Game" I see a loading bar and the gme exits to the Desktop.

I have checked the log within \GOG\Star Wars - Republic Commando\GameData\System\SWRepublicCommando and I can see a whole lot of errors like this:

Log: ERROR! ZERO USIZE OR VSIZE ON TEXTURE: MovieTexture Transient.InGameTempName

Any thoughts?

Are you sure you tried everything? Because the new game crash is caused the bumpmapping and if you set it to low it should definitely work...
Or you can use my mod that fixes this: http://www.moddb.com/mods/star-wars-republic-commando-graphics-fix

This zero size error you posted is harmless and refers to the background movie in the menu. It should not happen though unless you moved or deleted the "Movies" folder or it's content

My game wasn't even going that far so i am not sure if this will help you (both RCLaunch.exe and SWrepubliCommando.exe)

Go to Gamedata/System but instead of clicking on SWrepubliCommando.exe look for Debug.exe. That allowed me to play the game.

Hope it helps. :)

I set my GRAPHICS QUALITY TO lowest and my video resolution 1600X1200.
and the game works.

I did as you wrote the game launches but before it gets ito the menu this message pops up:

Critical Error

General proection fault!

History: UD3DRendererDevice::Present <- UGameEngine::Draw <- UWidowsViewport::Repaint <-UWindowsClient::Tick <- UGameEngineTick <- debugMainLoop.
