I downloaded Rebellion last night, but the game will not launch. It comes up with an error message saying that "Changes could not be made." I have tried running it in other compatibility modes, but nothing is working. I see other people are playing it just fine in Windows 10, so I know it is possible. What can I do to play this? I have read things saying I need DirectPlay, but I cannot download it. Any suggestion would be much appreciated!

Hi everyone!

How you guys did that? When I try to enable Legacy on Windows 10, an error pops up:

Windows couldn't complete the requested changes
The function attempted to use a name that is reserved for use bay another transaction.
Error code: 0x80071A90

What the h... is that!!? I bought a laptop with windows 10 preinstalled and I am already hating it!! Why is there no compatibility mode?

Thank you in advance
No waaaay!!

I found the solution to the problem!

I just TURN OFF the firewall and real time scanning of the McAfee antivirus preinstalled on my laptop.

So laughable!!

I hope this post helps others in the future.
