So... for some reason I'm getting stuck in rear view mode every time I start a race now. The camera starts in rear view and pressing the rear view button does nothing... I'm using an x360 controller and I tried binding rear view to shoulder buttons and stick presses, all to the same effect.

I ran into this also, for me it turned out to be the gsync setting, I ran Nvidia Profile Inspector and limited the framrate to 30 when I did I was stuck in rear view with no way out, going back to the episode one racer profile in Profile inspector I turned off Gsync, and when I returned to the game I was no longer stuck in rear view
