Try following the 7 steps in this post.

If this does not help you you need to give more information as how it happened that you got this issue.
Did you change something ? Install a Mod ? Something must have changed if it worked before.

Are you going to give it a rest at some point? You are spamming every available forum, Discord, whatever with that stuff, regardless if it has any bearings on the subject.

why give up on a solution to an obviously big problem?

seriously if thats how you feel then mayb we should as a collective community just give the entire franchise a complete rest and let it stay busted

You trying to make people download your Tool does have nothing to do with how to fix the Occurring OpenGL issues.
They can with far less effort and very safely follow the provided instructions to fix the issue.
They need not to download a 3rd Party tool that is of unsafe origin of which you can't tell exactly what it does.

Help people by focusing on the immediate problem they are having and not by making them download and go trough a very time consuming routine to change the way the game is displayed with potentially unsafe tools.

Did you switch to another resolution? It seems that with your display type, the resolution is not supported in fullscreen.

There are ways to work around this. However it would be appreciated if you could share a little more info here.

For example:

your native screen resolution
your GPU Model
your config file located in BaseEF folder

yourwindowsusername.cfg

with that it should be possible to get it back into a working state and if necessary create the correct conditions with the GPU driver software settings as well.

While the wrapper solution proposed earlier might work around this issue - it is prone to not being on par feature wise when it comes to all the rendering calls made - as well as possibly different interpolation of light / shading.

Regards
