Hello, I have the same problem with the game Star Trek Armada 2. I have tried very often to start it but it always crashes afterwards.
My system specifications:

x64 based PC
Windows 10 Home

Graphics cards:
CPU: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-9300H, CPU @ 2.40GHz, 2400 MHz, 4 core(s), 8 logical(s)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, Game-Ready Driver: 497.09

Try disabling the Intel Integrated graphics, or install the unofficial 1.2.5 patch for the game.
