Hi,
it seems I can no longer use terraforming in the current version (2.0.1 r5089). I own the base game + DLC and use no mods.
When I select a planet with labor and right click the target planet no terraforming options appear.
Is there a technology I have to discover, or do some race traits disable terraforming?
At the moment I play as Terrakin with Terrestrial, Nimble, Poor, Frugal, Jumpdrive.
Galaxy is "The Expanse" with 8 Normal/Passive AIs.
---
Also I experienced some sort of lag. I think the FPS are ok. But the ships jump around, change positions back/forth and often shoot in the wrong direction.
I used to play Star Ruler 2 with Sandboxie, which worked quite fine (besides some FPS drops here and there) until I installed the DLC, which introduced the lagging problem for me.
Without Sandboxie the gameplay is much smoother, but the problems are not entirely gone. I experienced this also in Star Ruler 2 Sandbox-only mode, with nearly identical "lagging behaviour".
Is there anything I can do to optimize my Star Ruler 2? Of course my computer could be to blame, but I just want to be sure if I missed something. I run already on "Sad" textures and "Medium" shaders.
(My system specs: Radeon R9 270X, Phenom 2 X4, game installed on SSD, 16GB RAM, Win7 x64)
Thanks for any help :)
