Agree it's about time! This is the part of buying games on GOG i don't like. Patches are often delayed, and never any explanations.... :-(

When situations like this occur, it it is best to reach out to the publisher/dev and nudge them gently, asking if they've submitted a build to GOG. If they say yes, then you gently poke GOG.

Does this include the 1.2 update and the Reinforcements DLC?

Because so far I am not seeing the Reinforcements DLC.

Yes, the update is cumulative. We're working on getting the Reinforcements DLC out as quickly as possible.
