Yes, you have a corrupt save. The value between quotes in your error report is "0xE2, 0x96, 0xAF" which is not a valid section. This happens with a mismatched save/load lists for objects in mods or with mods that modify net_packets (engine-side data structures) while the engine is changing them.

This doesn't happen in valid vanilla (patch 1.0004 or later; GOG's version is 1.0006) or in vanilla with ZRP, so I suspect OWR3 is generating custom weapon or item types that are invalid or are not completely supported. For an example: the weapon/item's save() function stores more or less data than its load() function.

But what you can do, depending on what version of ZRP you are using: Load the Agroprom save you have before you go below ground, then press Esc followed by T to bring up the TZIO (The Zone Is Open) dialog. Select the Army Warehouses chapter in the list and click the Go button. This will give you the progress to bypass the need to go underground to meet Doc. Make a new save, and use that save as a base for future play.

You can play from there, but be aware that whatever caused the problem in the Agroprom underground is still lurking in your game.

If you want to see the animation when you meet the Doctor, you can start a new game, use the same TZIO dialog and select the Yantar Lower Level chapter but don't click Go yet; first select "Just equip for level" and then click Go. Distribute your new inventory to slots, then go visit Guide. After being told to meet Doc, you can use TZIO in the Cordon to teleport to the Agroprom underground, this time selecting "Teleport only" before clicking Go. You'll probably have to fight through some enemies to visit Doc.

If this still crashes, try the previous paragraph's instructions without OWR3 after you finish your normal game.
