WOW! Spellforce here! I remember that one - the best mix of RPG and RTS. And awesome gameplay! Dose anyone else is waiting for GOG release of this game with huuuuuge anticipation like me? :D

Spellforce 2 is not that old.. so it will probably not be here that soon. They also called this forum "Spellforce Platinum".
It definitively deservs to be here, though.

I have played SF2 for few hours and liked this game. I love RPG and RTS very much. So, this is a must-buy for me too, may be in first week of release.
Bring it on Gog.
I will also wait for $10 SF2. :)

Yeah. This is the first game I purchase after the release offer. I liked Spellforce a lot the first time I played it. A must this tuesday!!

You can check each game's release date from each game's own pages. Spellforce Platinum will be released February 3, 2009 (tomorrow) as is Stronghold: Crusader. It was announced on front page last thursday you know.

If seems Spellforce Platinum may not be released today... the release date reverted to "Soon".
Can someone from Gog.com confirm if it's been postponed? I was looking forward to getting it today.

Same here. GoG obviously brought the download size down, which is great but not sure if downloading a GIG less is worth the delayed gaming pleasure ;)

Hey all, just like I posted in the news comment we had to postpone the release of SpellForce due to a last-minute problem with on-line multiplayer. We have prepared other great game instead that will be released later today. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we want all our games to work perfectly in every aspect.

...Just kidding ;) :P Take your time. Better to get it working now than pulling it out afterwards when people have already bought it. Let's see whay other game you have up your sleeve then :)

Good point. heh. But seeing as how this one is already made and everything, I'm assuming it's a relatively minor fix.
