Same issue, and they mean download the local Exe I think based on the screenshot.

Legacy Spellforce 3 I can download, Reforced I can't.

While we can install Spellforce 3 Reforced, it is still not recognized as owned in the shop.

And I'm not the only one with this issue.

However, as Imarion before me stated, doesn't show as owned via the shop.

Hey, I've just been trying to download the offline installers via Galaxy but after a brief moment where it says it's retrieving the file list, it just shows an error and cancels the download. I've had this problem a few times in the past with other games. There, it was usually enough to click on the file again and it would then start downloading. Not this time though. Been trying a bunch of times across the past 2 or so days but no luck.

Anybody else having this issue?

Thanks, yes, that's what I did. I just wanted to check if others had experienced the same thing and maybe already contacted support before I reach out to them myself. Getting a message through was a little adventure in itself. The virtual assistant was quite eager, yet unfortunately didn't really understand my dilemma and it took me several attempts before I finally got to the point where I could simply write a mail to the support staff. Great fun! XD

I just downloaded SF3-Reforced and everything went well.

Same Problem here. I buy Spellforce 3 on gog before the the Reforced launch and it was automatic in my libary. After i started the download, it worked. After a little time the server stop the download and says a have no rights to download it. Later it will be downloaded. My System is Kubuntu and I downloaded over the gog.com Server with Firefox.
