Will there be lan in like the first game, or will it be CD Keyed and only on galaxy? I would really want to know before I preorder or buy the game at all. If it is going to be like Age of Wonders 3, I will not be buying the game.

I guess LAN will be baned.
We will have to wait for multiplayer drm-free, not buying, like I had waited for something like GOG...

I was so hoping for Lan like in the original Spellforce game which is still awesome ! ! !

Also from me - if somewhat late - a big THANK YOU for supporting galaxy free lan games! I have all previous Spellforce titles, some even on CD/DVD in physical form (which I bought before the gog versions) and for this feature the new game will hopefully be bought and the developers supported by as many people as possible because (too) few developers care for lan game players these days!
