I having an issue where there are spots all over my screen making it look like looking through oil. anyone else have this problem

Which spellforce game? in spellforce 3 I find sometimes my screen will get what I consider the same(where everything looks unfocused) I assuemd it was some kind of feature, liek how a lot of games use solar flairs, sharking, and all that. But not sure if there is an option or setting to disable.
