Have you been to The Rift yet?

Hmm... I remember mention of "The Rift", but I've forgotten - I'm assuming that isn't within Farlorn's Hope. How do you get to it? Unless that's what's behind the rock pile that the dwarf will blow to pieces... if only I could get him that 3rd Stone....

Not at home to double-check this on my PC, but The Rift is another area that should be accessible from the area you came from to get to Farlorn's Hope. In other words, backtrack from Farlorn's Hope and look for the portal to The Rift. You may have to dodge some medusa women to find it IIRC. You'll need to complete The Rift to get the third stone.

I always feel stupid after writing replies.... I figured it out just after replying to your first post. But thank you for your help. I guess I didn't realize(or forgot) that after speaking with the Guardian, the eastern gate would open ("The Test"... Part 1 or 2, really, since Farlorn's Hope has to be completed too).
