Just for all that haven't noticed this oddness yet:
The free DLCs for this game are not included in the Enhanced Edition and need to be "purchased" separately.
Also the DLC "Infested Mines" is still missing and stated as "coming soon" on the store page.

I can add it to the cart but the Pay Now button isn't working.

Add a paid game to the cart, go to checkout and remove the paid game. It should work then. It's a known GOG issue.

It's even easier: Just check and uncheck the option that you want to gift the order.
