Sorry, but this makes the game a no buy. I won't give money to companies that bend the knee for Mainland Taiwan and Kreml.
You sound like a Gringo giving your opinion without understanding the politics.
And if I tell you that having the audio only in English is the reason why I don't want to buy it because they are supporting the American empire (looking at NATO's actions). At the end of the day, my sentence sounds as ignorant as yours.
The language has nothing to do with supporting the government, they can buy it for sure (or not if they are blocked from the platform) and it is very likely that the translations were developed before the attack. Having paying customers means that money from other countries (Russia, China and others) goes to the developer (Sweden) and the translators are either professional linguists or old immigrants (of which I doubt Russia or China received anything).
And if we are honest, with the whole economy blowing up and starvation I doubt that the Russians will be able to buy it. And if the situation in Russia ends up in a civil war bringing down Putler and his party and replacing him with someone peaceful (or at least reasonable), then what will it matter if a game has been translated into their language or not? Let's not forget that many successful games receive a fan translation (into Russian = русификатор), which is often being distributed in pirated version. So ignoring them would be worse and this time seriously, I wouldn't buy a game that can only be played in English, because I'm a polyglot who enjoys stories from different linguistic perspectives.

Localizing an unfinished game is madness, guys.
They only did text localization because it helps the early access sell better without being too expensive, but no way voice localization will be available before full release.

Edited to add: I admit I misunderstood the original poster, but even then a language is not a country, let alone its policies.

We do not had civil war in 90s, when the whole Russia was in deepest shit. So - we certanly will not it now. But continue to hope and pray for it - that's all you can do.
