I'm able to play the game with the controllers just fine,but can't rebind the buttons,I could highlight the button setting in option but nothing would register no metter what button I press...the setting for player 2 doesn't have this issue tho

OK,I solved this myself,for Win10...go to Control Panel -> Devices and Printers ,then right click on the controller's icon and select Game Controller Settings,click on Advance then choose the controller you want to use as preferred device.
