This looks like quite a cool game but I can't play first person games, they give me a headache. I haven't been able to find a way of switching to a 3rd person view, is this possible?

I didn't play it till now (just downloaded it), but the manual says:

"Change View Point - Camera Controls
During the race, fly-through, replays and demos of other tracks you can change camera
views using the function keys as follows:
F1 - Cockpit, F2 - Chase, F3 - Rear , F4 - TV Camera, F5 - Free Camera, F6 - Toggle
Rear View Camera on/off, F7 - Toggle Weapon Camera on/off."

Normally, I also don't like the first person view. But after trying the game (which is real fun, I didn't expect it that much), I think the first person view is the best within this game...

You're probably going to laugh but; playing first person games makes me physically sick. Apparently its a form of motion sickness, except I've never been sick from actual motion, only 1st person games. It's annoying as there are a lot of 1st person games I want to try.

Regardless, Slipstream turns out to have all the usual views, and I spent a good few hours playing it last night. Not as good as wipeout, but it'll do :)
