I would like to support GOG as much as possible, but the game product page does not include achievements, which I feel is a pretty important aspect of a game like this. (There are 97 on Steam and I figured a large part of the game will be hunting them all down.) So I think I'll have to get this one on Steam after all.

Hey! Hoping to get this sorted in the next week. GOG's steam wrapper isn't working for our engine, but I do have some tools from another developer who managed to pull off Galaxy achievements in Ren'py, so gonna spend the next few days trying to implement them. Thank you so much for your patience and I hope you enjoy the game in the meantime!

Thanks for your reply. Does the GOG Steam wrapper also provide cloud saves?

(I might just buy it on Steam since it sounds like there are integration issues with the GOG version. But thank you for supporting GOG which is usually my preferred platform.)

EDIT: Looks like the GOG folks are setting up cloud saves now! Will update this when it's live

I heard from some folks on our Discord that GOG achievements started unlocking for them — I've for the time being set them back from development to production. Please let me know if they work for you now, and if they don't what operating system you're on. (I think the steam wrapper might only work for Windows)
