Hi everybody,

I already contacted the support about this problem but they haven't been able to help so far. Maybe some of you had a similar problem?

The game freezes as soon as the loading progress bar reaches the end and the "Press any key to continue" message appears (no matter what I am trying to start, Sin or Wages of Sin). All of the standard troubleshooting steps didn't help.

My computer: MacBook Pro Retina 15 Early 2013, Core i7 2,4 GHz, 16 GB DDR3, NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024, OS X 10.8.5

Thanks for your attention!

Hey!

Im also running on a Mac and having the exact same issue...
Seems to happen more often loading from a quicksave.
Id like to see what GOG.com customer support has to say!

System Specs: Macbook Pro Retina 15" Mid 2012, Intel Core i7 2.6 GHz, 8GB DDR3, NVIDEA GeForce GT 650M, OS X 10.9.2.

Thanks
I'm having the same issue. Either New Game or Load Game both freeze on the loading screen. But multiplayer seems to load no problem.

Specs: Intel Core i7 3.4 Ghz, 8 GB Ram, AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2048 MB on OS X 10.8.5
I do not know if it helps. I had a similar problem on my PC. The solution was to change the graphics driver to "default openGL".
This won't help much but I have the same problem (maybe the issue rises in its priority to be resolved)

iMac 10.9
This happened to me once. Now, what I do to avoid this is to wait 2-3 seconds before pressing any key to continue. I'm running Sin on OS X 10.9.5 FWIW.
:(

same issue here, can't go past the "construction" level because loading next level is stuck on "Press any key to continue"

any help?
Me, too. Freezes after the progress bar at "Press Any Key to Continue".

Gog are just ignoring the problem.

Fortunately, there's a PC version of Sin, and I have a copy of Windows 7.

I'm also getting this problem on a brand new Macbook Pro 15", this is a pretty poor Mac port - it's using Wine emulation. Really unhappy about this purchase.
I am having the same problem - freezing at the loading screen ("Press any key to continue") - I had to restart my iMac 27" the hard way. Why is GOG not reacting?
