Does anyone have a good solution to run this at fullscreen at higher resolutions without just switching my computer's resolution entirely? Eg, is there some application I could use to do this?

Same issue here, playing on a 42" screen and it only fills a small section in the middle. Any command line options?

Dosbox can do scaling easily, but I forget how do it manually.
