Even if all the other surrounding roads have power lines over them, I can't seem to power a 4-way intersection where traffic lights are present, and as far as I can tell, it doesn't look like I can place power lines underground. So... how do I power those intersections?

Need a hand folks, before we have a 20-car pileup on our hands! D:

You're talking about SimCity 2000? As far as I remember you don't have to power roads or intersections at all.

You're talking about SimCity 2000? As far as I remember you don't have to power roads or intersections at all.
I thought so too, but traffic signals flash like crazy and when I query them it says "Powered: No". It kinda implied to me that four-way intersections need to be powered... for the traffic lights.

That's just the "traffic light" animation, it's not significant.
