There is no way to select it anymore. It just always goes to High Performance even when you think it's selected you go back and it's not. Is it a Windows update or am I missing dll file? Never mind this forum is rude and snobby. I understand if you don't want new users but remember there are different views across the world!

Umm, Okay. Which simcity are you playing? I will assume you are playing on windows 10.
