I am having some issues with my copy of SimCity 2000: SE on my Windows 7 x64bit. The problem are the graphics, they look bad, but when I try to make them better, they look worse.

Any idea of what is the best method of highest graphical settings?

Well, I didn't have to deal with DOS pc. However, I did dealed with Windows 98 being a bitch... around 1990's. I say this because my PC is somewhat freaking out.

I changed the DOSBOX settings but no success, also, the sound is very emulated. I think I am having an PC issue. Stupid new pc's.
I have 7 x64bit.

You are not being helpful, if you came here for trolling. Leave please. Thank you.
You have played SimCity 2000 before you bought it here?

Yes, I played the Windows 95 version. Not the DOS one, though there is actually some settings.
I suggest you try people who are more familiar with DOSbox/emulation, they probably have forums.
If you have difficulty in this area I am willing to ask them for you but I am having internet problems right now.

I suggest sending a message to Support; however, it's possible that this game may not look up to the standards that you want, given how old it is.
SimCity 2000 is 256 VGA colors native and would occasionally look odd on other settings. This, afaik, only affected te Windows 95/98 version though.

It's possible that the DOSBox configs that gog is shipping with SC2K are applying some filters to the graphics that are making them blurry/corrupted.

Screenshots would be helpful.

I don't think so.
