Here is the PCGamingWiki page which has many mods and fixes for the game including widescreen support, higher frame rates, controller fixes and other tweaks.

Didn't see any mention there of the supposed cut content I've seen people mention, or mods to restore it that people have also mentioned. Anyone got more info on that?

Scroll down to the last haunting. If you don't want any spoilers, I can say the cut content is pretty insignificant.

Weird. The game by itself has widescreen options, and they work properly. Did GOG implement the widescreen fix for their release?
I just tried the nemesis wrapper with the 60fps support. but it seems to break this version of the game. (wont launch) can anyone else confirm this?

It never really worked to begin with. You're pretty much stuck with 30fps

Well, it was significant enough to be cut.
About the "Silent Hill 4 PC Fix" patch, is there any way to disable its resolution option via .ini? Because the GOG version works fine with widescreen options on its own, and the patch only squeezes the set resolution I set (1080p).
