Watching the gameplay video reminded me of H&D, without the control room aspects.
Is the gameplay compareable? Thanks!
So far my impression is that It's like Hidden & Dangerous and Commandos/Desperado.

You have a team, and each member has some specialized role/class skill (e.g. lock picking).
The difference is that if one member goes down, you can still continue the mission. You can call in a reinforcement for that role that died, except he has no equipment and he has to find/retrieve the weapon/equipment.

Action wise, you can go stealth, or all out combat. And do things like have one member surrender to the enemy (in this case, police) while another goes behind and holds up the foe. Reminds me of Army of Two.

Biggest thing is, like the title says, the game also involves being able to monitor and maintain situational awareness because you can only see when your agents are within the signal coverage of the radioman. (You only lose visuals but you can still move your agents.) So placing the radioman is essential. A nice implementation of Fog of War.

(I've managed to do silly things like moving an agent out of overage to flank two policemen, lost visuals, and immediately move my radioman. Got the agent to hold up the police before the radio lost power; Lost visual on both operatives and got the radioman back to a power source. Lots of Luck as well.) :)

(Also, did things like using the monitor of an agent in radio range as visual aid to move an agent who is out of radio range.)

The only things that are missing are functions to synchronize actions or movement (like go codes or commands or drawable maps with waypoints like Rainbow Six or Ghost Recon). Or functions to queue up actions.

Thank you, that helped a lot! :)
Hey all, It's Jakub, one of the developers on this game. Just wanted to let you know that you can in fact queue orders. If you hold the SHIFT key while giving a second order to an agent he will perform one after the other. This can be done without limit. Hope this helps!
Thanks!
I like the art style a lot.
How long approx. is the game?

Thanks for the kind words! About the length, I would pin the average play-through at 6-8 hours if you didn't end up failing too many missions. Since the game is quite challenging, and there is very high replay value because of the open-ended nature of the game design, you will find lots to do here beyond the core campaign.

Oh sorry I didn't know that!
By the way is there a manual?
We have been getting lots of requests for a manual since release, which wasn't available at launch because we figured the extensive tutorials would suffice. We have since realized that people want quick reference, so we are adding one, hopefully with the next patch. Stay tuned!
