Yes it does. We added it in a patch after players requested it.

This is exactly the information I was seeking prior to purchase, as I cannot play any 1st or 3rd person games without inverting the Y-axis. Thanks very much for including this option, as there are still a lot of us old-school flight simmers that have played games for many years with Y-axis inverted. Kudos for addressing this, as a lot of AAA titles over the years have still not bothered to patch in this option, I assume because they think our demographic is too small to bother with. "Beyond Good And Evil" is one example that comes to mind, but there are many others.
