I'm just having a few minor issues my end, thought I'd report them:
1) Crouching, then leaning, then moving causes your character to slide, I've seen this reported already, but it seems to be common
2) Sometimes the map indicator for where you are seems to break a little, it can be solved by flipping the pages on the clip board around, but it gets a little annoying (see image 1)
3) In the tutorial shooting gallery, when moving the gun while aimed down sights, this happened: (see image 2)
3) This fellow seemed to react like an enemy that had been snuck up on in the basic tutorial, may not be a bug, just seemed out of place (see image 3)

(images have been cropped down to the monitor that displayed the issue to save size, they were over the GoG forum file size limit otherwise)

I am playing the game in DirectX mode (increased performance, even though my PC should be able to run OpenGL mode without an issue), and windowed at 1600x900

Thanks for reporting these issues.

- The crouching and leaning bug is on the top of our to-do list and the fix will be available in the next patch.
- We are investigating the map markers problem, hopefully will also be fixed with the patch.
- Did the problem in image 2 happen in OpenGL mode? We tracked this issue down to the Instancing option, which only has an effect in OpenGL mode. Strangely it only seems to happen in this one spot in the game.
- Yes, this fellow is Bosco, the new guard. He's a shaky fellow and is scared of everything. Don't try to be sneaking up on him or you might scare him so much that he surrenders. Coincidentally the other fellow in the room is Bosco's twin brother and equally cowardly. We'll give them a bit of courage in the next patch.

Patch should be ready on Monday.
Hehe, I did have instancing on when I had that bug happen, and I think I may've been in OpenGL mode at that time too ^.^
I am also having issues with the game running at quite low FPS, I think my PC should be able to handle this game pretty smoothly (Intel i5 760 (3.1ghz quad core), Nvidia GTx 460 1gb, 6gb DDR3 ram), do you know of any way I might be able to improve this? (I do have V-sync enabled in Nvidia control panel, going to turn that off now and see if that helps)

Edit: No, turning off V-sync seems to have done nothing, but I have started to have another problem, actions aren't finishing when the action circle fills up, they're actually taking much longer than they should take, also, I am now using just OpenGL, no instancing at 1600x900 windowed

Sorry to hear about those troubles, we will investigate the issue with actions not finishing, it might be something dependent on CPU speed.
Some people seem to have better performance in OpenGL and others in DirectX, and we haven't found any common link yet as to why.
Rest assured that we won't rest until all problems are taken care of.
That's great to hear ^.^ I'm waiting to record a video after the main bugs are gone, game's been really fun so far, challenging too ^.^
