That which collector's edition had? Like new/custom sails, colors, emblems/flags, custom pirate haven music and pirate haven npc artwork, etc? This pack was also downloadable through Firaxis site, until they stopped giving it out...

Also, is the game patched to 1.2?

as far as i saw on a different thread it doesn't contain any bonus content but fully patched
