So about 20 minutes into the game, I got to this level but it crashed my game. I tried loading back in and it can't load the save. Even when starting from a previous quick save, when I get to this point, the game crashes and I can't seem to progress. Did anyone else have similar issues or fixes?

I can't say I ever recall the game crashing there. You might just have to play the previous level all over again. I find some times that that clears up a glitch, though I'm not sure why.

Check you game files integrity. Maybe use the GOG repair utility and try the level again. You might have a corrupted save.
