I have the same problem with my pre order key. My key is valid till the 17.08.2025 but I can only press a cancel button.

There was an extra content (music, PDF book) for 33% discount offered for the price of usual package: the pre-order bonus. Too bad I can't redeem my code like some of the users here due to unknown tech issues.

Don't you have a code on the same page as your download links? That's the case for most (?) of the rest of us. The issue that we're experiencing is that the page to redeem the codes doesn't have a 'continue' button so we can't 'continue' with the redemption procedure.
