After I get on the train this mission doesn't load. Any way to fix this?

Played through with two different characters now and the second to last doesn't load for either of them. After clicking on the train in Heoi and selecting my party the game just sticks on the loading screen with the progress bar near half way. It doesn't appear as if the games completely crashed as it still cycles through the quck tips at the top. Would really appreciate some feedback on this.

Unfortunately I've deleted both of the saves now but I'll try to keep that in mind if I ever get that far again. Thank you.
