It's known when the addon Dragonfall appears in German?

It would be nice to know the answer to that, since the DLC is set in Berlin. It would be nice to have the cyberpunks of my city speak German in order to get more realism. Weeste?

Is it possible to play Dragonfall with the English installer while the Returns base game was installed in German?

I'm not sure whether that's actually a good idea. German translations often only generate Fremdscham.
