I bought the DLC, but I'm not getting the free upgrade.


Never mind...got the gift code on my account page. Thanks GOG!

I've redeemed my gift code, but when I click on the game to select the downloader, nothing happens except for a rotary loading icon appearing and staying there. Not sure what is going on, but hope it gets fixed soon.

Same issue with me. I think it'll actually be available around 10am Pacific time (I live in L.A. and it's 9:25am here), given it's a Seattle based company.

It's now up for download. Downloading now.

You get the code only in case you own both Shadowrun and the DLC.
Go to the Library (you should see "+1 DLC" above Shadowrun).
Click on Shadowrun.
Scroll down until you see "My serial number:".
Below that is a link that includes the redeem code:
"Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director's Cutgift code: http://www.gog.com/redeem/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
Open that link and the code will be added automatically, so all you need to do is click Finish.

If you're having problems find your gift code (and you actually already have the GoG version of the non-Director's Cut Dragonfall, of course) it is on the Shadowrun Returns card in your Library. It will be listed under 'My serial number:'. It will show a link (non-clickable) to let you redeem it.

I looked directly at this for five minutes before I realized what it was.

If the link is not there, you will need to contact GoG. Or alternatively wait a few minutes and hope it shows up, which has actually worked for some people apparently.

It's a completely separate game in your library.

mine did the same thing and I couldn't figure out where it was. I went to the store page for the directors cut after I redeemed my gift code and the price was then listed as free. I went ahead and checked out and it worked fine after that.
