It is in the wang cave so need to get trough the intro before you get it.

Thank you. I haven't even begun to play SW 2 yet because I need to finish the one from 2013 first lol.
Now I know where the sword is when the time comes.

It's a pretty sweet sword, actually, and you can perform all the sword moves with it like a regular katana :D

To confirm this, I used it while performing the move that has you spin around in a 360 degree circle :)
