well my game launch whith retarded resolution whith a piece of the screen, overwhise when i somehow launche first level, after lo wang's line game just drops whithout any erreros

There are several games in this game series. Knowing which one you have problems with and details like your PC configuration and OS would make it possible to even start helping you.

"Ultra HD resolutions crash the game." So 4k and up.

Any of these two your problem?
