how do I stop the game from giving me motion sickness. I have turned off blur, the weapon movement and I am still getting sick.

Have you tried a higher FoV?

Alternatively glasses might help, I often have to put on my 'reading' glasses when playing ArmA3 f.ex.

Yeah out fov to 90 and ur problem is gone.
