If you have enough hardware power, deactivate temporal AA and use the downsampling instead. The post-processing AA is basically a blur filter to hide aliasing. Just increase resolution above 100% which will also get rid of aliasing at the cost of a lot of resources.

Just in case.... Have you turned off motion blur & depth of field?

But as for Resoution scaling you can put yours to 120-130% and as for Anti-aliasing you can set both values to 2x instead of 4x. These settings you can change if you notice your FPS is taking a dive on your 970. The resolution scale is th eone that might take an FPS hit for you. I hope all this helps. Blur Be-Gone:)
