No manual in the GOG extras and no manual in the installation either. Anyone know where one can be obtained? Also, what are the default controls? I know they can be changed using the setup utility, but I'd like to know the default settings.

UPDATE:
Well, got the default controls. Some were in the setup utility anyway, the others are similar to those in Screamer 1. Just for reference they are as follows:

Up Arrow - Accelerate
Down Arrow - Brake
Left Arrow - Turn left
Right Arrow - Turn right
Right Shift - Change up a gear
Ctrl - Change down a gear
F1 - Bonnet view
F2 - Inside car view
F3 - External view, above car
F4 - External view, above and behind car

Doesn't Screamer 2 have a manual?
I still have the manual, I will try to PM Judas to see if GOG is interested to get it so they can make a scan of it.

Hmm, looking at SpiderFighter's GOGmix I also see that I can provide the manual for Jagged Alliance Deadly Games, Moto Racer 2, Powerslide and I have the prologue of Gabriel Knight 3

Okay, Judas wanted them so I've sended them over to GOG headquarters, hopefully they'll soon be added.
