I've got my joypad configured and all..but even after messing with the config file, when I race, if I'm not actively steering, my car automatically veers right. Very frustrating.
Attached is a picture of my pad if necessary..:)
Edit: whoops, forgot to post this as a question. Sorry. :(

pas de problème. Have you set timed=false in the [joystick] section. That's what made it work for me.

Yeah I noticed that in your other post, still no luck. :(
If I click the 'analog' button on the stick and recalibrate in control panel (it seems to detect the second analog stick this way only), then the controls just go insane in the game..I'm doing donuts no matter what. Ahhh.

Have you configured them in the setup. How do the calibration bars in the setup behave?

Yeah I did everything..umm..before they acted normal but since I've been messing with things they move without me touching anything..but either way, same problem..
Edit: works now!
I set it up with the config method you detailed here. Before I was using the 'setup' in the start menu, I guess for some reason it didn't like it. Thanks! :)

Dang. had the same issue until I set timed to false, afterwards it worked like a charme. I'm afraid that's all the advice I can give you as I didn't have any problems besides that. Let's hope somebody else can come up with a solution.
Edit: Oops, you edited at the same time I posted. Glad it worked for you! I had assumed that you were following the instructions in the other thread already.

I assumed it wouldnt be any different as its the same screen and all. Thanks for the help. :)
Strangely enough, I don't have a standard setup entry in my start menu
Guys, Thanks for the info here. I managed to get screamer up and running with Xbox 360 wired controller (i.e. setting to false under the config).
Great site, great forums.
