Linked is a scan of the Schizm world map, which is included with the EU DVD version (or one of those).

Didn't see it listed on the store page (disc version here), and couldn't google one either.

PS image was slightly blurred to remove the halftone dots + this 'thickened' the charcoal drawings somewhat.
