The listing for Steam says that 4 episodes are available, while the one in GOG says 3 - is this just outdated listing text or is the GOG version actually lagging behind?

I don't own the game, but according to gogdb site this is the latest update:

'Scarlet Hollow Episode 4 1.2d" --- added on 2023-07-02

So it seems ep. 4 is included.

Glaucos: I don't own the game, but according to gogdb site this is the latest update:

'Scarlet Hollow Episode 4 1.2d" --- added on 2023-07-02

So it seems ep. 4 is included.
